COLD Run Today

I got up this morning and went out for a run, but man was it COLD! When I started out, it was 19.22° but it got colder as I continued, dipping down to 17.96°. I was getting cold, so we cut the run short at 4.5 miles. I usually don’t run if it’s under 20, but with the Turkey Trot next week, I wanted to get this run in. It may be the last time I get to run before the race, although I think I’m going to try to get out again before Mass on Sunday morning.
So we did 4.56 miles at a 9:22 pace, and only hit ice once.
