I Didn’t Cry

Today’s the first day of school for Jason & Becca! At 7:25, we had Jason at the bus stop and sent him on his way. Then we went back inside, Becca spilled milk all over herself, I showered and changed, and then took Becca to school.

After a few photos outside of school, we took her inside. I felt the tears swelling up, but once the teachers got a hold of her, Becca was inside the classroom and there was nothing else for us to do. It was short and sweet.

So, while Laura and I have been counting down the days until school starts, I’m now counting down the hours until I can go pick Becca up once again!
