Week 1 is Done

I finished week 1 of 4 of building my habit back again with a run along the Amherst bike path today.

It was a total of 4.00 miles in 37:00 flat; that’s a 9:15 pace time, which is better than my last run. A faster pace and a longer distance makes me really happy with the outcome today. I burned 526 calories during the run.
