House for sale

No, not ours… but the one Laura and I have had our eye on is up for sale – by owner.  We liked it because of the land, not knowing anything about the house itself.  Well, it appears the owners really have the place done up nicely, which means we can’t afford it

The house is at 957 Delaware Rd. in Tonawanda.  The owners even put up a website, just for selling the house: 957delawarerd.com.  The pricetag of $306,000 is completely out of our league, but it was fun looking.

The house itself doesn’t offer that much more than what we currently have… actually, without any information on the 3rd floor, it sounds like it doesn’t even fit our family.  Then again, I could take one of the 2 garages & convert it into an office.
