Four Weeks to a Habit

I’ve heard it takes four weeks to make something a habit.  Today was day 1 of going back to the gym.  Right now, my entire body hurts, especially my legs.  Tomorrow should be interesting.

To top that off, I couldn’t fall asleep last night, so I was up ’til about 12:30, but still woke up at 5 AM to get to the gym.  So I’m sleepy, too.

Tomorrow should be better, I hope.
