Day 2

I made it…. second day to the gym. I’m trying to upload my workout file with this post. MWF I go to the gym and work on weights. Monday and Friday is the big muscles: chest, back and legs; Wednesday is the small muscles: biceps, triceps, shoulders. Abs are all MWF.

Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, then, I run. The run depends on my goals… either a 3-1/2 mile run, or sprints. Tomorrow, the weather is supposed to be beautiful (sunny here, today and tomorrow) so I plan on running during lunch. Sprints at 6AM suck, but they make me faster, and they’re over quicker, too.
