Training for the Turkey Trot

I began my Turkey Trot training last week; I missed yesterday’s run, so I moved it to today.  This whole week is messed up, now, but my goal is to get up to 5.5 mile runs, so the 5 miles on Thanksgiving will seem easy.

Today was just a 2.5 mile run…  I just didn’t have the confidence to try for 3.5 today.  Depending how my calves feel tomorrow, I may do a long run, sprints or, if they really hurt, go to the gym.
