St. Paul’s Pack 529 – new website

Last night, I launched the St. Paul’s Pack 529 website. It’s simply wordpress, with gallery 2 embedded. Eventually, I’ll move this site to wordpress, since it has so many features that blogger is missing, and it gives me more control over the site.

It was interesting putting it together, choosing, installing and customizing a template (why do all wordpress templates have that HUGE header?), and tweaking the various settings.

The gallery is still empty, except for some stock graphics that I use on the site. I used Google’s Calendar for the calendar, which was pretty easy to set-up and embed. I’m looking forward to moving my site to wordpress.
