Update from July 27th post
Here’s an update from my post yesterday…
After running 2 diagnostic tests on my new PC, it was sent back today for further repairs. Probably just the hard drive, but they didn’t want to simply send me a drive, in case something else went wrong. So I hooked up minimal cables to my old computer & put it back on my desk. So for another week, I’ll be using my old system. There are cables everywhere – such a mess. I need a way to organize them – maybe I’ll buy a label printer & label each end of a particular cable of what it goes to (ex: printer, GPS, iPod, etc) so at least I don’t have to trace the cables (like those “Mini Page” activities we played as kids, where there are 3 people in a boat fishing & you trace their fishing lines to figure out who caught the fish, who got the boot, and who has the worm still on the hook).
As for myself, I got my weight up to 173 yesterday (amazing, considering I was off solids for the day) and down to 166 this AM. What a night… the test itself wasn’t so bad, and everything came back “all systems go” so now it’s back to the gym, back to running, and back to giving blood.

how do you keep your weight off? is it by running?
Running, weight lifting, lots of water, and not eating all the stuff that I see on your blog
When I was running 5x / week, I got down to about 155, but that was too low for me. So now I only run 3x / week.
I just changed my routine for tomorrow – we’ll see how it goes. Looks like a long day at the gym.
